- After purchasing your plan you will fill out a simple questionnaire form and food diary. You will submit the questionnaire and food diary which will be reviewed by your coach. This will help us design the most effective plan for you. After submitting your form and diary please allow for up to 72 hours for us to revert with your tailored plans.
